Enhance your TPM learning by participating in hands-on training related to the TPM Web Tool.

This course includes three components: 

  1. Videos you'll watch on the various functions of the TPM Web Tool that are curated based on your role and the strategy. 
  2. Step-by-step worksheets you'll complete on your own for practice as pre-work for each live session. 
  3. Four live virtual workshop sessions where you will walk through activities in the web tool with one of our seasoned web tool facilitators. 

The live virtual workshops will be held on the following dates and cover the following topics from 2:00-3:30PM ET: 

  • Session A: August 8, 2024 --Business Function, Discovery Survey, Job Description Compilation
  • Session B: August 29, 2024 --Demand Planning, Hiring Requirements, Back Mapping
  • Session C: September 18, 2024--Performance Dashboard, Value Stream Map, and Scorecard
  • Session D: October 10, 2024 --Competency Map, Curriculum Map, Job Comparison Tool, and Improvement Plan

1. TPM Web Tool Workshop Course Introduction

Aug 8

This unit provides an overview of the TPM web tool workshop series, including the materials used and expectations for completion.

2. Workshop Session A: Strategy 1 and Strategy 2

Aug 8 2pm .. 3:30pm, Zoom

In this session you will learn about the following topics related to the TPM Web Tool for Strategies 1 and 2: Business Function, Discovery Survey, and Job Description Compilation

3. Workshop Session B: Strategies 2-4

Aug 29 2pm .. 3:30pm, Zoom

In this session you will learn about the following topics related to the TPM Webtool: Demand Planning, Hiring Requirements, and Back Mapping.

4. Workshop Session C: Strategy 5 Part I

Sep 18 2pm .. 3:30pm, Zoom

In this session you will learn about the following topics related to the TPM Webtool: Performance Dashboards, the Value Stream Map, and Scorecard.

5. Workshop Session D: Strategy 5 Part II and Strategy 6

Oct 10 2pm .. 3:30pm, Zoom

In this session you will learn about the following topics related to the TPM Webtool: the Competency map, Curriculum Map, Job Comparison Tool, and Improvement Plan.
